PRODUCT GRADES, DESCRIPTION and APPLICATIONS
- Fo-Poxy (E)
- Fast Cure Cold Weld Compound, for emergency repair jobs.
Can be used for the all types of metals for a quick and effective leak sealing applications. Used for rapid emergency repairs in critical applications. It reduces down shutdown time drastically as it has a low curing time.
Application : Leaking pipelines and Tank, Cracked sumps and pans, leaking Transformers, leaking pumps and threaded fittings, Radiators and Batteries
- Fo-Poxy (S)
- Machinable Cold Weld Compound having excellent ability for repairing, rebuilding and resurfacing damaged and worn out machinery parts, vessels and equipments.
Application : Repair of worn out shafts and equipment, under sized parts, disfigured keyways and threads, leaking tanks, repair of pumps, flanges propellers, radiator casings and arrest leaking pipelines in high pressure zone, repair of pump, propellers, flanges and radiator casings.
- Fo-Poxy (C)
- Ceramic based machinable Cold Weld Compound for the rebuilding and rethreading of machinery parts and equipments damaged due to erosion, abrasion & corrosion. Apart from repairing of the surface, it also prevents further erosion & corrosion by acting as a protective layer over it
Application : Corroded pumps, impellers, condenser plates, bolts, diffusers, heat exchangers, struts and rudders, cooling towers, tanks, pump casings and piping.
- Fo-Poxy (G)
- Machinable Cold Weld Compound, having excellent adhesion even with glass lining. It brings down the maintenance and operational cost drastically.
Application : Repair of vessel where the Glass lining has been partially or completely worn out. Can also be used for rebuilding glass lined equipments such as spindles, impellers, flanges, etc.
